SB 3040: Fraud Involving Leased Property

Fraud Involving Leased Property; deletes provision specifying that certain penalties imposed for fraudulently obtaining property or equipment do not apply to rental-purchase agreement unless rental store retains title to property or equipment throughout period of such agreement. Repeals 812.155(7).
