Property/Tax Sales; provides that, when county applies for tax deed for certain property that is to be sold, county may impose deed restrictions that would bring property into conformity with current county comprehensive plan; provides for notice of intent to impose such restrictions; provides for reading restrictions at public outcry; requires that text of restrictions be placed on tax deed for property. Creates 197.574.
