Certified Nursing Assistants; revises requirements for background screening of applicants for certification as nursing assistants; provides for posting of information re such background screenings on Internet Website of AHCA; corrects cross reference; revises provision re exemption from rescreening of personnel employed in nursing homes, to conform; provides for exemption from screening disqualification. Amends 464.203, 400.211,.215.
