GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Margolis
Notaries Public; specifies duty of Executive Office of Governor to notify notaries public of changes in notary fees & duties under law; requires notaries to provide services without charge for certain persons; requires notaries to maintain journal & record notarial acts; provides that violation of specified provision may result in sanctions against notary public, but shall not invalidate notarial act, etc. Amends 117.01,.05; creates 117.055.
