SB 454: Health Insurance Coverage
GENERAL BILL by Bennett ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Bullard
Health Insurance Coverage; prohibits health insurers from limiting health insurance coverage to certain counties in state; requires health insurers to make health insurance coverage available in each county; prohibits certain health insurers from selling or offering for sale health insurance under certain circumstances; requires Office of Insurance Regulation of Financial Services Commission to monitor such insurers to determine & ensure compliance, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
