CS/SB 498: Children's Visitation Programs
GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn
Children's Visitation Programs; repeals provisions re Florida Family Visitation Network; provides legislative intent re administering supervised visitation programs; provides for security of such programs; provides for use of funds generated from additional fee on requests for certification of birth to be used by supervised visitation programs to meet security standards; encourages said programs to develop partnerships with community organizations, etc. Amends FS.
