Health Care Entities/Regulation; revises administrative & enforcement powers, duties, & authority of AHCA; provides for licensure of nurse registries & personal care organizations; includes physician assistants & advanced nurse practitioners under home health agreement provisions; increases time home health agency is required to keep patient records following termination of services; provides licensure requirements for personal care organizations, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 381.0303.
