Insurance; requires Consumer Services Div. of Financial Services Dept. to designate employee as primary contact for consumers on issues involving sinkholes; requires insurer to reinstate, under certain circumstances, insurance policy that is canceled due to failure of lender to pay premium for which sufficient escrow funds are on deposit; provides for feasibility study for proposed Fla. Sinkhole Insurance Facility, etc. Amends Chs. 20, 501, 624, 625, 626, 627.
