Tax Rebates & Credits; creates tax refund program for certain businesses whose employees are covered by health benefit plan; prescribes amount of refunds; authorizes additional refunds for business in enterprise zones & rural areas of critical concern; provides purpose to encourage contributions by corporations to public schools or public school programs for which tax credit shall be given, etc. Creates 220.1875; amends 220.02,.13. APPROPRIATION.
