Conveyances of Land; modifies disclosure form that prospective purchaser must receive before executing contract for sale; provides that certain contracts are voidable for specified period; requires that purchaser provide written notice of cancellation; amends provision re disposition of subdivided lands, etc. Transfers/renumbers/amends 689.26; transfers & renumbers 689.265; amends 498.025.
