Pawnbroking; revises provisions re "Florida Pawnbroking Act"; defines term "waiver of prosecution"; provides for suspension or revocation of license under certain circumstances; revises requirements for completion of pawnbroker transaction forms; provides requirements for recordkeeping, merchandise tracking, & availability of information; revises requirements re petition for return of misappropriated property, etc. Amends 539.001.
