GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Arza ; Planas ; Rivera ; Zapata

Employment Screening/Criteria; provides for incorporation by reference; provides that purpose of chapter is to provide uniform criteria for employment screening; specifies elements that must be considered in assessing whether person is of good moral character; requires fingerprinting & background screening for all personnel of delinquency facilities, services, & programs; reenacts specified provision re background screening of nursing home employees, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
