JOINT RESOLUTION by Wishner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg

Homestead Exemption/Elderly Parents; constitutional amendment to authorize Legislature to allow counties or municipalities to grant additional homestead exemption not exceeding $25,000 for persons whose parents who are age 65 or older live with them in their homestead. Amends s. 6, Art. VII.
