GENERAL BILL by Planas ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera ; Zapata
Custodial Interrogations; provides purpose & intent to create true, complete, & accurate records of certain custodial interrogations in order to eliminate factual disputes in court as to events alleged to have occurred during such interrogations; describes circumstances in which oral, written, or sign language statement made by accused person during custodial interrogation is presumed inadmissible as evidence against such person, etc. Creates 901.241.
