GENERAL BILL by Dean

Vehicle Insurance/Law Enforcement; requires certain state employees using state-owned vehicles for off-duty work to reimburse state for property damage coverage for such use; requires Risk Management Div. of Financial Services Dept. to adopt rules for such reimbursement & insurance coverage; construes term "official state business" to permit use of state vehicles by law enforcement officers for going to & from lunch breaks & incidental stops for personal errands. Amends FS.
