CS/HB 843: Enterprise Zones
GENERAL BILL by Richardson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith
Enterprise Zones; authorizes certain counties or municipalities to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to change certain enterprise zone boundaries for certain purposes under certain circumstances; authorizes certain counties to apply to said office to change existing enterprise zone boundaries under specified conditions in accordance with certain criteria; deletes obsolete census tract provisions re enterprise zone in Leon Co. Amends Ch. 290.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
