HB 865: Sex Trafficking

GENERAL BILL by Gannon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Bullard ; Fiorentino ; Gibson ; Harrell ; Hasner ; Holloway ; Joyner ; Dick ; Stargel ; Zapata

Sex Trafficking; provides that it is felony of first degree for parent, legal guardian, or other person having custody or control of minor to offer to, or to actually, sell or otherwise transfer custody or control of such minor, with knowledge that such sale or transfer will result in force, fraud, or coercion being used to cause minor to engage in prostitution or otherwise participate in trade of sex trafficking, etc. Amends FS.
