GENERAL BILL by Llorente ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rivera ; Zapata

Child Sexual Abuse Reporting; requires health care practitioners, personnel of abortion clinics or abortion referral or counseling agencies, & other specified persons to report pregnancy of child under 16 years of age to certain law enforcement agencies under certain circumstances; authorizes DOH to revoke, suspend, or deny renewal of license of health care practitioner or abortion clinic for specified time in certain circumstances; provides applicability, etc.
