GENERAL BILL by Cusack
Enterprise Zones; authorizes City of South Daytona to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate enterprise zone within area of City of South Daytona; authorizes certain counties to apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to amend existing enterprise zone boundaries under specified conditions & in accordance with certain criteria, etc. Amends 290.00703,.0065.
