GENERAL BILL by Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Harrell
Vessels; authorizes marina owners, operators, employees, & agents to take actions to secure vessels during severe weather & to charge fees & be held harmless for such services; provides for possessory liens for marinas on certain abandoned vessels; revises date DEP is required to adopt general permit by rule for construction, installation, operation, or maintenance of certain floating vessel platforms or floating boat lifts, etc. Amends FS.
