Juvenile Justice Dept./Personnel; changes level of background screening required for certain dept. & provider employees from level 1 to level 2; requires federal criminal records checks every 5 years for certain dept. & provider employees; provides for notice of changes in employment status of persons whose fingerprint information is retained; requires removal of fingerprint information upon occurrence of specified events, etc. Amends 985.407.
