Public Schools/Student Discipline; amends provision re student & parent rights; prohibits use of corporal punishment as form of discipline; deletes definition of corporal punishment for purposes of chapter; deletes authority of teachers to administer corporal punishment; revises district school board duties & code of student conduct re control & discipline of students; deletes authority of principals to administer corporal punishment, etc. Amends FS.
