GENERAL BILL by Saunders
Certified Nursing Assistants; requires that person pass background screening as part of certification process for said assistants; requires Health Dept. & AHCA to post info. re background screening on agency's database after specified date; requires that info. be available to employers & prospective employers; provides that person who has been screened under certain provisions of law is not required to be rescreened to be employed in nursing home, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 464.203.
