GENERAL BILL by Sansom ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan

Health Care/Poison Control Centers; extends by 1 year moratorium on approving additional emergency departments located off premises of licensed hospital; authorizes regional poison control center to disclose patient's medical records for purposes of treatment & case management, & to comply with data-collection requirements of state & poison control organization that certifies such centers in accordance with federal law, etc. Amends 395.003,.1027,.3025, 456.057.
