CS/CS/SB 1216: High-Risk Offenders
GENERAL BILL by Justice Appropriations ; Criminal Justice ; Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Klein ; Aronberg ; Haridopolos ; Lynn ; Smith ; Crist ; Miller ; Campbell ; Wilson ; Posey
High-Risk Offenders; extends period for petition to remove sexual predator designation; requires FDLE to develop procedures for twice yearly reporting by sexual predators; provides that it is criminal offense to fail to report or to provide false information about sexual predator or to harbor or hide sexual predator; provides additional aggravating circumstance pertaining to sexual predators for purpose of imposing death penalty, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $10,834,662.
