Homestead Exemption/Fraudulent Act; provides value-based sliding scale of criminal penalties applicable to claimant who knowingly & willfully gives false information for purpose of claiming homestead exemption if funds for homestead were obtained by commission of fraudulent act. Amends 196.131.
