Distribution of Tax Proceeds; deletes provisions providing for monthly distributions of certain tax proceeds to certain certified sports facilities; amends provision to conform; revises income criterion for optional payments for eligible persons; deletes repeal of provision for optional Medicaid adult dental services; deletes limitations on optional Medicaid hearing & visual services for children only, etc. Amends 212.20, 288.1169, 409.904,.906.
