CS/CS/HB 1267: Nursing Homes
GENERAL BILL by Stargel ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ambler ; Homan
Nursing Homes; provides for alternative bed locations in nursing home rooms & provides criteria for bed placement; requires signed statement from resident or representative if alternative bed placement is not in compliance with Fla. Building Code; requires facility to maintain log of alternative bed placements & to retain signed statements; requires nursing homes to be protected by certain automatic sprinkler systems, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 633.
