GENERAL BILL by Sorensen ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard ; Troutman

Indoor Smoking Places; redefines term "stand-alone bar" to include licensed premises that derives no more than specified amount of gross revenue from sale of food consumed on licensed premises & that is located in building individually listed in National Register of Historic Places; eliminates certain exceptions to prohibition against smoking in enclosed indoor workplace; authorizes law enforcement officer to issue citation, etc. Amends Ch. 386, 561.695.
