Economic Development; conforms provisions to designated urban job tax credit area revision; revises provisions providing for said tax credit program to apply to designated urban job tax credit areas rather than high-crime areas; authorizes eligible businesses to transfer unused credits; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to waive certain sector requirements under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 212.08,.097, 220.1895,.191, 288.99.
