Probation & Community Control; requires law enforcement officers, to extent possible, to assist probation officers in making warrantless arrests; requires law enforcement & probation officers to arrest probationer or offender if officer has reasonable grounds to believe that probationer or offender has violated his or her probation or community control & if officer is aware that probationer or offender has history of convictions for violence, etc. Amends 947.22, Ch. 948.
