GENERAL BILL by Greenstein
Regional Transportation Authorities; revises definition of "transit system" for purposes of South Fla. Regional Transportation Authority Act; removes reference to commuter rail systems; provides for issuance of revenue bonds authorized by resolution of authority; revises provisions for funding for authority; authorizes additional title fee on certain vehicles to be levied by counties served by authority, etc. Amends 343.52,.54,.55,.58, 120.52, 163.3180.
