GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Judiciary ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Lynn

Consumer Protection; revises training requirements for obtaining Class "D" license; requires minimum number of hours of training in terrorism awareness or other training prescribed by DOACS; prohibits transmission of facsimile documents under certain circumstances; exempts certain governmental entities from requirement to maintain liability protection covering amusement rides; provides that chapter does not apply to amusement games or machines, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 10/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
