SB 162: Voyeurism
GENERAL BILL by Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Posey
Voyeurism; revises elements of offense of voyeurism in order to eliminate acts of photographing, filming, videotaping, or recording, which are made a crime under offense of video voyeurism; provides that person commits offense of voyeurism when he or she secretly observes another person when other person is in location that provides reasonable expectation of privacy. Amends 810.14.
