GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Regulated Industries ; Fasano
Limited Veterinary Drug Wholesaler; provides that drug is adulterated if it is certain prescription drug that has been returned by veterinarian to limited prescription drug veterinary wholesaler; requires said wholesaler to obtain permit for operation from DOH; requires DOH to assess annual fee within certain monetary range for said wholesaler permit; authorizes DOH to determine that said wholesaler establishment is imminent danger to public, etc. Amends Ch. 499.
