GENERAL BILL by Fasano
Water or Wastewater Utilities/Rates; provides that if PSC does not approve full amount of final rate requested by utility, utility may keep only portion of interim revenues collected; provides method to determine total interim revenues utility may keep; requires utility to refund balance of interim revenues to customers of utility & to refund all revenues collected if commission does not approve rate increase or if commission decreases rates of utility. Amends 367.082.
