Indian River Co./Enterprise Zones; authorizes Indian River Co., City of Vero Beach, & City of Sebastian to jointly apply to Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office for designation of enterprise zone in Indian River Co.; provides requirements with respect thereto; requires office to establish initial effective date of enterprise zone. Creates 290.0073.
