GENERAL BILL by Hill ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dawson

Minimum Wage; provides limitations on actions alleging violations of specified provision of State Constitution; creates Florida Minimum Wage Act; provides that purpose of act is to implement specified provisions of State Constitution, which establishes state minimum wage; requires payment of minimum wage to certain employees by specified date; requires Agency for Workforce Innovation to annually calculate adjusted state minimum wage, etc. Amends 95.11.
