Alcoholic Beverages/Taxation; deletes provisions providing for certain annual distributions of funds for specified purposes; deletes provisions crediting specified taxes on alcoholic beverages to accounts funding substance abuse programs for children & adolescents; terminates Children & Adolescents Substance Abuse TF within DCFS; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust fund, etc. Amends Ch. 561, 215.20.
Effective Date: 07/01/2005 except as otherwise provided
