GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Negron
Health Care Professionals/Regulation; deletes requirement that DOH issue wall certificates; specifies that state-developed test is not permitted if national examination has been certified by dept.; permits dept. to post examination scores on Internet; provides for renewal of nursing assistant certification; reduces hours of inservice training required of certified nursing assistants, etc. Amends Chs. 456, 464.
