GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Council ; Negron

Corrections; abolishes Fla. Corrections Commission; requires annual report on elderly offenders within correctional system to be submitted to Governor in addition to Legislature; abolishes Parole Commission; provides for creation of regional parole boards; transfers support for Governor & Cabinet acting in their capacity as Executive Board of Clemency from Parole Commission to Executive Office of Governor, etc. Amends FS.
