GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Judiciary ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano

Guardianship; provides that Statewide Public Guardianship Office need not review credit & criminal investigations from college or university before registering institution as professional guardian; provides that in event of death, surviving parent is sole natural guardian of minor; increases time emergency temporary guardian may serve to 90 days; provides procedures for completing guardians' criminal history record check, etc. Amends FS.
