Fla. Space Research Institute; provides for institute to serve as multi-university center for research & technology development; authorizes institute to leverage certain funding for certain purposes; provides for board to invite participation of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University; deletes requirement to comanage with National Aeronautics & Space Administration the Space Experiment Research & Processing Laboratory, etc. Amends 331.368. APPROPRIATION: $11,000,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
