SB 2000: Domestic Security
GENERAL BILL by Diaz de la Portilla
Domestic Security; provides requirements for security assessments of buildings, facilities, or structures owned or leased by state agencies, state universities, & community colleges; requires that security needs be prioritized; requires that assessments be completed before construction, occupancy, or modification of building, facility or structure, etc. Amends 943.0311.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
