GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations ; Commerce and Consumer Services ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Bullard

Community Contribution Tax Credit; requires Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to reserve portions of certain annual tax credits for donations made to eligible sponsors for projects that provide homeownership opportunities for certain households; redefines term "qualifying project"; provides limitation on duration of capital investment tax credit for projects qualifying under this act, etc. Amends 212.08, 220.03,.183,.191, 624.5105.
