GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Campbell
Community Associations; authorizes condominium association board to exercise specified emergency powers during emergency; provides limitations; provides for condominium association to establish casualty reserve accounts; extends period in which condominium common areas do not have to be retrofitted with sprinkler systems; provides for revival of certain declarations that have been extinguished. Creates 718.1265, 712.11; amends 718.112.
