SB 2150: Charter Schools

GENERAL BILL by Baker

Charter Schools; provides that charter school may be formed by reconstituting existing charter school; amends provisions re deadline for school board's vote on approving applicant for charter; provides limitations on matters subject to ruling of administrative law judge; stipulates permissible initial term of charter; revises list of causes for nonrenewal or termination of charter, etc. Amends 1002.33, 1012.74.
