GENERAL BILL by Wilson
School Facilities/Construction Costs; revises provisions re annual adjustments in maximum allowable construction cost per student station; specifies that certain costs are not included in said station; authorizes Education Commissioner to adopt rules re waivers from certain requirements pertaining to cost ceilings for specialized education centers & rules allowing specified costs to be deducted from said station. Amends 1013.64.
