GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Baker ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Posey
Vessels; authorizes marina owners, operators, employees, & agents to take actions to secure vessels during severe weather & to charge fees & be held harmless for such service; provides for possessory liens for marinas on certain abandoned vessels; provides that marina may satisfy its possessory lien by giving notice to certain individuals; requires marina to conduct good-faith lien search of vessel registration records, etc. Amends FS.
