JOINT RESOLUTION by Ethics and Elections ; Atwater ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) King ; Lynn
State Taxes or Fees; constitutional amendment to require that proposed amendment to or revision of State Constitution which authorizes imposition of new state tax or fee, or increases or authorizes increase of existing state tax or fee, by state government must be approved by at least two-thirds of those voters voting in election in which such amendment or revision is considered, etc. Amends s. 7, Art. XI.
